Chocolate Collagen Oats

Get your daily intake of collagen with these delicious and easy overnight oats! Sweetened with honey, I enjoy mine with chocolate. But they are just as delicious if you omit the cocoa powder and add a teaspoon of vanilla instead.

 

Prep Time: 10 Minutes (+8 hours to sit) | Cook Time: 0 Minutes| Total Time: 10 Minutes (+ 8 Hours)


Special Equipment

  • 1 16oz Mason Jar, or

  • 1 Medium Bowl,

Ingredients (US Standard)


Oats

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats

  • 1tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 2tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1 serving of Collagen Powder (22g)

  • 1tbsp Honey (or 2 tbsp if you prefer your oats to be sweeter)

  • 1 cup Milk of Choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)

Ingredients (Metric)

  • 80g Rolled Oats

  • 14g Chia Seeds

  • 11g Cocoa Powder

  • 1 serving of Collagen Powder (22g)

  • 15mL Honey (or 30mL if you prefer your oats to be sweeter)

  • 237mL Milk of Choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)

Method

  1. In your bowl or jar, add the Oats, Chia Seeds, Cocoa Powder, and Collagen. Stir well with fork until ingredients are fully combined.

  2. Add the Honey and Milk. Stir well until fully combined.

  3. Cover with plastic wrap, transport to refrigerator, and let it sit for about 8 hours.

  4. Enjoy the next morning!
