Classic Pico De Gallo (Chopped Mexican Salsa)

Chances are, if you've ever eaten Mexican food, you've encountered Pico De Gallo. When I was growing up, I would make an entire meal out of this salsa alone! That's right - spoonfuls straight from the bowl! It was awesome.

Ingredients (US Standard)
2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup White Onion, chopped
1/8 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped, or more (to taste)
1 Serrano Pepper, chopped, or more (to taste)
1/4 tsp Salt
Juice of Half of a Lime (about 1 tbsp) (optional)
Ingredients (Metric)*
2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
26g White Onion, chopped
3g Fresh Cilantro, chopped, or more (to taste)
1 Serrano Pepper, chopped, or more (to taste)
1.4g Salt
Juice of Half of a Lime (about 15mL) (optional)
*All metric units are converted and should be considered more or less.
Method
Add all ingredients to a bowl, and stir well to combine.
Serve fresh.
