Ingredients
1 Red Onion, finely chopped
2 Habanero Peppers, finely chopped
Juice of 5 Limes (1/2cup + 2tbsp of Juice, or 148mL)
¼ tsp (2g) Salt
Pinch of Oregano
Method
Combine the onion and habaneros in a tupperware container or bowl.
Add lime juice and stir to combine.
Add salt and Oregano, stir to combine.
Put mixture in refrigerator. Let it sit for at least 2 hours, allowing flavors to develop.
