Ingredients (US Standard)
3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Quest Chocolate Milkshake powder due to its low carb content)
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 medium Banana
1 tbsp Almond Butter, (can sub with peanut butter or PB powder)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
8 Ice Cubes
Ingredients (Metric)*
180mL Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
30g Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Quest Chocolate Milkshake powder due to its low carb content)
5g Cocoa Powder
1 medium Banana
16g Almond Butter, (can sub with peanut butter or PB powder)
5 mL Vanilla extract
8 Ice Cubes
*All metric units are converted and should be considered more or less.
Method
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until fully combined and smooth.

This recipe is derived from "Chocolate Protein Shake" by Chelsea's Messy Apron. I do not freeze my banana before adding, and I use regular cocoa powder.
